Elly Savatia participated in the Climate Action Project, a program designed to educate students about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Elly founded nonprofit Innovate 4 SDGs to equip African students with the knowledge and mindset of the SDGs. In 2019, Elly became the youngest fellow to be selected by President Barack Obama’s Young African Leadership Initiative, the youngest representative at the First UN Habitat Assembly, and he was recognized as Ashoka Africa’s Lead Young Ambassador.
