Colin is a senior at The Nueva School in Hillsborough, California.

He is an environmental justice advocate from Northern California, driven by a deep commitment to the intersection of policy, research, and youth leadership.

As Co-Chair of the 5th Cohort and Policy Co-Chair of the 4th Cohort of the U.S. Youth Action Council for the United Nations Ocean Decade, he is passionate about advancing equity and protecting vulnerable and frontline communities.

Locally, he is the founder of non-profit Homeless Heroes, combating food waste and food insecurity among the homeless, including unhoused youth. He also serves as an elected official on the San Mateo County Youth Commission, where he works to amplify youth voices in local policy decisions, from education to mental health.
