JUDGMENT AGAINST CARRIE ALISON MALONEY AND FINNABHAIR HOLDINGS, LLC 

via senti, a california public benefit nonprofit corporation, FBN Heirs To Our Ocean, initiated legal action against Carrie Alison Maloney and Finnabhair Holdings, LLC in San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. CGC-23-610840, following the discovery that Ms. Maloney was defrauding the organization, and other organizations, during the course of her contract position. 

Upon discovering the egregiousness of her actions, via senti filed a complaint due to Ms. Maloney’s (1) Intentional Fraud / Misrepresentation (2) Promissory Fraud (3) Fraud by Concealment (4) Breach of Contract and (5) Violation of Penal Code Section 496, and it sought a judgment, not confidential settlement as occurred with prior organizations she defrauded, in an effort to prevent her from defrauding another small nonprofit. 

Due to the weight of the evidence, a 998 Offer was successfully agreed to and a judgment was achieved.
