WE TAKE SKILL-BUILDING SERIOUSLY

Heirs to Our Ocean (H2OO) offers youth skill-building intensive summits that provide deep-dive development of a particular skill to effectively build the toolkits of future leaders and further inspire them into a journey of creating a better world.

H2OO either hosts skill-building intensives on its own, organized and facilitated by skilled youth leaders, or it joins in partnership with specific experts.

Skill-building intensives range from public speaking and presenting and policy advocacy, to coral restoration and being an ocean science researcher in the field. They range from 1-day to 7-day experiences!

SKILL-BUILDING INTENSIVE 2019

CORAL RESTORATION MASTERCLASS

H2OO joined Reef Ecologic in Thailand for a week-long masterclass where youth from Palau, California, and France learned how to restore coral through various methodologies with experts in the sea off the coast of Koh Tao. It was an amazing learning experience on so many levels, including innovative efforts to relocate tourists off natural reefs and onto interesting coral restoration human-created reef projects.
